9. The following provisions of the Liquors Consoli- Repeals.

dation Ordinance, 1911, are repealed :-

(a) sub-section (3) of section 31;

(b) all the words after the word "licence" in

the fourth line of sub-section (5) of section 33; and

(e) sub-section (3) of section 36.

10. This Ordinance shall come into operation on the Commence- first day of December, 1917.
