No. 371.-The revised list of persons to whom articles to be exported to China may be consigned, which was published as Notification No. 28, and amended by Notifica- tions No. 29, No. 40, No. 53, No. 66, No. 113, No. 133, No. 200, No. 241, No. 273, No. 287, No. 308, and No. 348, published in the Gazettes of January 26th, February 9th, 16th, and 23rd, March 23rd and 30th, May 4th and 25th, June 8th and 22nd, July 6th, and August 3rd, 1917, respectively, is hereby further amended by the removal of the following names :-
