Resolution made by the Legislative Council under the provisions of Section 10 of the Opium Ordinance, 1914, Ordinance No. 4 of 1914, on the 2nd day of August, 1917.
Whereas by the provisions of sub-section (5) of section 10 of the Opium Ordinance, 1914, it is provided as follows:-
"No person shall export or aid or abet the exportation of any raw opium "from the Colony, if such exportation shall have been notified in the

Gazette in pursuance of any resolution of the Legislative Council as "being illegal.":
Now it is hereby resolved that the exportation of raw opium to Mexico is illegal; and it is further hereby resolved that a notification shall be made in the next issue of the Gazelle to this effect.

The revised lists of persons to whom articles to be exported to China and Siam may be consigned, which were published as Notification No. 28, and amended by Notifications No. 29, No. 40, No. 53, No. 66, No. 113, No. 133, No. 200, No. 241, No. 273, No. 287, and No. 308, published in the Gazettes of January 26th, February 9th, 16th, and 23rd, March 23rd and 30th, May 4th and 25th, June 8th and 22nd, and July 6th, 1917, respectively, are hereby further amended as follows :-
