MAGISTRACY.
No. 202.---It is hereby notified that, by command of His Excellency the Governor, and pursuant to Section 10 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, an Election by the Justices of the Peace of a Justice of the Peace to serve on the Licensing Board for six months during the absence of the Hon. Mr. EDWARD SHELLIM will take place at the Magistracy on Monday, the 21st day of May, 1917, commencing at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
The only persons entitled to vote at the Election are the Justices of the Peace.
The election will be conducted in accordance with the Rules published in the Govern- ment Gazette dated the 7th January, 1910.
Voting will commence at 4 p.m. and continue until 6 p.m. when the ballot-box will be closed.
