Rule 42 of the rules made by the Governor in Council under the above Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the words or Hayti", and by the insertion of the word

or" between the words "China" and Siam".

No. 191. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Dr. FREDERICK LINDSAY WOODS to be Assistant Surgeon-Superintendent of the Special Police Reserve, with effect from 1st May, 1917.
