*NOTE (1).-Under the 'Trading with the Enemy Proclamations of 25 June, and 10 November, 1915, all Proclamations relating to Trading with the Enemy apply to all persons or bodies of persons of enemy nationality, resident or carrying on business in Persia, Morocco or Portuguese East Africa, and consequently it is an offence to trade with any person or body of persons of enemy nationality resident or carrying on business in Persia, Morocco or Portuguese East Africa, even though such person or body of persons is not included by name in the above list, and the omission of the name of any such person or body of persons from such list is not an authority or licence to trade with such person or body of persons.

NOTE (2).Where a firm named in the list has more than one brauch in the same country, all branches in that country are held to be included in the list even in cases where no address, or of several addresses, one only is specifically mentioned.

NOTE (3)--The above additions and removals were made in the United Kingdom on the dates which appear opposite to the respective names.

NOTE (4). With reference to Note (3) to Notification No. 72, published in the Gazette of the 2nd March, 1917, and Note (4) to Notification No. 119, published in the Government Gazette of the 30th March, 1917, the name of Kee Sang (Japan) was removed in the United Kingdom on the 16th February, 1917.

Amendment of the Conditions of Licence to store Petrol for the use of Motor Cars made by the Governor in Council under Section 10 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, Ordinance No. 1 of 1873, this 19th day of April, 1917.

Conditions Nos. 5 and 6 of the Conditions of Licence to store 30 gallons of Petrol for the use of Motor Cars in the ground floor and backyard of a domestic building published on pages 313 and 314 of the Regulations of Hongkong, 1914, are hereby amended as follows:-

5(b). By substituting the figure "40" for the figure "10" in the second line

thereof.

5 (d). By substituting the figure "40" for the figure "10" in the third line

thereof.

6. By deleting the figure and word "10 gallon" in the second line thereof.
