HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 116. It is hereby notified that the Gap Rock, Waglan, and Cape Collinson Lights will be extinguished on and after the 31st March, 1917. Masters of ships are accordingly warned not to approach Hongkong except during daylight hours nor to enter the swept channel before 7.30 a.m.
