OTICE is hereby given that RICHARD FUHRMANN and HEINRICH HEYN trading as Messieurs REUTER BRÖCKELMANN AND COMPANY of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchants have on the 27th day of April 1906 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :—-
1. The representation of four men sitting at a table upon which is a variety of articles or curio spread, one of the men at the head of the table is hold- ing up to his mouth as if he was about to drink from it a cup, whilst another man is holding in his left band another cup the third man is holding in his hands a piece of coral like a branch of a tree and the fourth man is holding a tray with a round box on it, to the right of the table are two met each in charge of a horse and cart and another man is in the act of receiving from one of these men who are in charge of the horses the contents of his cart, above is written in Chinese characters the

The representation of a Chinese literati and two Chinese girls the literati has a scholar's cap on his head and a sitting on a stone seat outside it pavilion surrounded with a wooden fence with his left arm resting on the fence holding his beard with his righs band and he is looking at a young girl who is kneeling before him, to the left of the literati is another Chinese girl standing upright in front of some bamboos growing on one side of the pavilion, with her arms crossed resting on one or two rocks between which the first mentioned girl is kneeling and in the distance may be scen a rocky hill and above the bill
