The successful tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract containing con- ditions to be prescribed by the Board and also to give security by depositing a sum of $200 in the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in the name of the Honourable Colonial Treasurer: failing compliance with these requirements the sun deposited by the tenderer will be forfeited.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
