THURSDAY, the 24th day of August, 1916, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely,
has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.
At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupt.

This Trade Mark consists of a red band on a white ground. On the red band there is an oblong panel placed length- wise on the band and printed in green and white with a perforated edge like a postage stamp, and on the panel is depicted a Postman carrying letters. On the panel in each of the top cor- ners is the figure 10, and in the bottom corners the two Chinese characters YU TSAI signifying "Postman". On the left hand side of the panel appears the word "Postman" and on the right side the word "Cigarettes ".
