OTICE is hereby given that His Honour the Chief Justice has in virtue of Sec- tion 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897 made an order limiting to the 15th day of September 1906 as the time for Creditors to send in their claims against the Estate of KENNET ELIOT HOPE POLLOCK late of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant who died on the 20th day of July 1905 at Victoria aforesaid in- testate and Letters of Administration of whose
