SANITARY DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 143.—In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (No. 1 of 1903), it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a Public Latrine on the site of the existing Public Urinal situate at the junction of Albany, Garden, Peak and Robinson Roads.

If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erec- tion such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 11th day of August, 1916.

NOTE.---The above notification refers to the intention of the Government to convert the existing above-mentioned public underground urinal into an underground water flushed trough closet.
