ON and after the 1st August, 1916, the Red Fixed Light at Ma Wan Island, Cap Sui Mun Pass, will be changed for a 5th order unwatched Aga red flashing light visible all round for a distance of 5 miles. This light will show second flash and 23 seconds darkness, viz., 20 flashes per minute.
