OTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the Winding-up of the above-named Com- pany by the Supreme Court of Hongkong, was on the Seventh day of September, 1915, pre- sented to the said Court by IP KWAN HING of No. 9, Gough Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Married Woman. And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Court Hongkong, on the 5th day of June, 1916, and any creditor! or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that pur- pose; and a copy of the Petition will be fur- nished to any Creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the under- signed on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods in the following class namely:

Printed Bible Lessons, in Class 39. The Applicants have undertaken not to use the "Cross" in red on a white ground and dis- claim the right to the exclusive use of the words surrounding the Mark.

The Trade Marks Nos. 1, 5, 6 and 7 have not hitherto been used by the applicants in respect of Cloths, etc., in Class 34, but it is intended so to use them forthwith.
