The Lots are sold together for the term of Twenty-one years from the 11th day of April, 1916, with the right of renewal for a further term of Seven years as Orchard Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906, and to the Special Conditions Nos. 1, 3, and 4 published in Government Notifica- tion No. 697 of 1909 and No. 5 published in Government Notification No. 278 of 1911 and the Special Conditions hereunder specified.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Purchaser shall within three years from the date of sale expend at least One Hundred Dollars per acre in improvements on the said Lots to the satisfaction of the Land Officer.
2. The Purchaser is to place boundary stones for the Lots at his own expense to the satisfaction and under the supervision of the Public Works Department.

It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Nullah Training South-west of Marine Lot No. 239 and Inland Lot No. 1355", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 27th March, 1916, for training nullahs to the South-west of Marine Lot No. 239 and Inland Lot No. 1355 and other works in connection therewith.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
