No. S. 43. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Police Station, Au Tau, at 12 Noon, on Thursday, the 23rd day of March, 1916.

The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Govern- ment Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Condition No. 5 published in Government Notification No. 278 of 1911.
