NOTICE is hereby given that H. M. H. NEMAZEE, of 10, Des Vœux Road Central, Hongkong, has on the 28th day of January, 1916, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:
Four Chinese boys playing with a life-size paper lion and two paper balls on long sticks on an incline with rocks and a shrub in the background and the sun in a cloud in the right hand upper corner. The lion occupies the centre of the picture and its head is held up by one boy whose face and body can be seen under the head of the paper image. The boy manipulat- ing the hind-quarters of the animal is in a stooping position to the right and only his legs are visible. The other two boys in the right hand bottom corner with only the upper portions of their bodies in the picture hold large paper balls affixed to long sticks before the lion to entice it forward. A Chinese inscription signifying "Artifical lion-playing" is in the border above the picture and H. M. H. Nemazee's Chinese Hong name in the bottom border of the picture. The other portions of these borders and those on either side are filled
up with flowers.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicant in respect of the following goods :-
Cotton piece goods of all kinds, such as Cotton shirtings, long cloth, etc., in Class 24.
