TRANSLATION.

Russian Coast.

OWING to the cessation of navigation the lighting of Petropavlovsk Lighthouse as well as of Nikolaevsk Lighthouse and Milioutine Light has been discontinued from 1st (14th) December, 1915.

No. 131.

On December 3rd (16th), the summer enclosing of dangers in the Gulf of Peter the Great have been removed as well as those of the measured mile. Instead of the removed marks, viz., the sounding beacon in Possiet Gulf near Klyvord bank, the beacon in bay Tolatoi Rog (Golden Horn) and in "Eastern Boshorus" Strait called respectively "Tchourinsky," "Galdobinsky" and "Skryplevsky" beacons, perches without beacons have been put up.

Owing to the cessation of navigation in River Amour Gulf the Paspielow valvular lights have been discontinued from 15th (28th) December.

NOTICE is hereby given that the position, and construction, etc., of Fort No. 3 Light- house on the Fort, Gulf of Tokyo, shall be changed as follows at the end of January, 1916. -

Fort No. 3 Lighthouse.

Position-201 shaku S. W. of the Lighthouse which is to be removed. Description:-Hexagonal, Iron lattice work.

Height of light:-25 shaku above the base, 66 shaku above the level of high

water spring tides.

Further notice will be given after the above changes have been effected.
