It shall be ratified, and the ratifications shall be exchanged in London within the period of six months from the date of signature.
In witness whereof the respective Plenipotentiaries have signed the same, and affixed thereto their respective seals.

And whereas the ratifications of the said Treaty were exchanged at London on the thir- teenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and six:
Now, therefore, Ilis Majesty, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, and in virtue of the authority committed to Him by the said recited Acts, doth order, and it is hereby ordered, that from and after the 25th day of May one thousand nine hundred and six, the said Acts shall apply in the case of the Republic of Nicaragua, under and in accordance with the said Treaty.
Provided always that the operation of the said Acts shall be and remain suspended with- in the Dominion of Canada so long as an Act of the Parliament of Canada passed in 1886, and entitled “An Act respecting the Extradition of Fugitive Criminals," shall continue in force there, and no longer.

No. 598.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has been pleased, under the provisions of the Census Ordinance, 1881, (Ordinance No. 2 of 1881), to authorize and direct that a Census be taken of the inhabitants of the Colony on Tuesday, the 20th day of November next. and to appoint PHILIP PEVERIL JOHN WODEHOUSE As Census Officer for the purpose of taking such Census.
