Re The YUE SHING Firm, lately carry- ing on business at No. 293, Des Vœux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Banker.
SECOND dividend of 13 per cent. has
been declared in the above matter.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-
mentioned dividend may be received at the Trustees' office, No. 17, Ko Shing Street, Top Floor, Victoria, aforesaid, on Wednesday, the 12th day of January, 1916, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and on any sub- sequent day during office hours.
Creditors applying for payment must produce any bills of Exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the pre- scribed form.

NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN WALKER
BOLLES, Attorney for the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, with offices in Hotel Mansions, Hongkong, has on the 8th day of September, 1915, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:
The mark is oblong in form containing at
either end the words “12 oz.” followed by a circular device within the pur- lieus of which is shown a shield in relief bearing the legend "Socony" and
the Chinese Characters(美孚行)
surmounting which are the letters "SO" and "N" and "Y" respectively on the left and right hand side there- of. Between these two circular devices is a panel the traceries of which have inset the following:-
