His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. WING G.
CHAN be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 286 of the 1st April, 1938.

ORDINANCE No. 34 of 1910. (NEW TERRITORIES REGULATION).
In exercise of the power conferred by section 6A (3) of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, as enacted by the New Territories Regulation Amendment Ordinance, 1933, the Governor in Council makes the following rule :-
Every person who, being a_grantee from the Super- intendent of the Botanical and Forestry Department of a consent to keep goats in the New Territories (except New Kowloon) pursuant to rule 3 of the First Schedule to the Forestry Ordinance, 1937, is required by law to obtain a licence or permit to keep goats in the New Territories (except New Kowloon) to which the consent relates, shall transmit such consent to the District Officer with any application for such licence or permit.
