ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899.
(MERCHANT SHIPPING).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby makes the following amend- ment of the regulations made under the said Ordinance and contained in Table M on pages 336 to 348 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition)—
Amendment.
Regulation 8 is amended by the addition of the following paragraph at the end thereof—
At all other times by day a red flag of not less than two feet in length and two feet in breadth shall be flown at a height of not less than six feet above the water at each end of such raft or log or group of logs, and if such raft or log or group of logs exceeds fifty feet in length' a third similar red flag shall be flown at the same height in the centre thereof.

ORDINANCE No. 8 of 1937. (PHARMACY AND POISONS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance 1937 the Governor in Council hereby makes the following amendment to the Regulations appearing under the heading "Fees" in the First Schedule to the said Ordinance :-
Amendment.
Paragraph 4 is amended by the deletion of the symbol and figures $25.00" and the substitution of the symbol and figures $50.00" therefor.
