UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.

Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Governor of Hong Kong that the undermentioned unclaimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the Treasury for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the general revenue of this Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
