No. 766.-Persons embarking at Hong Kong for ports in the Philippine Islands are advised to carry with them a certificate of inoculation against cholera dated not more than five months prior to the date of their departure from Hong Kong. Failure to produce a certificate of immunisation may result in persons being quarantined on arrival in the Philippine Islands.

As notified in Government Notification No. 494 of 1938, a certificate of inoculation by a Government medical officer can be obtained for a fee of $2. No fee will be charged to emigrants.
