ORDINANCE No. 29 of 1936. (PLEASURE GROUNDS AND BATHING PLACES REGULATION).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers contained in sections 3 and 4 of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council amends the First Schedule to the said Ordinance, as follows:-

Amendment.

The words "Botanic Gardens" which appear under the heading "Recreation Grounds" are deleted, and re-enacted under the heading "Places of Public Resort", immediately before the words "Queen's Pier".

No. 702.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 3 (1) of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, to appoint Mr. LEON TILLINGER to be a Public Vaccinator, with effect from 13th August, 1938.

No. 703.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. HENRY ARTHUR MILLS to act as Accountant-General, with effect from 9th September, 1938, and until further notice.
