No. 696. It is hereby notified that on the 26th day of August, 1938, the under- mentioned order was made by the Governor under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance.

UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.
Pursuant to Section 65 (3) of the Probates Ordinance, 1897, as amended by Section 13 of the Probates Ordinance No. 14 of 1933 and in accordance with Section 4 (2) of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance No. 5 of 1929, it is hereby ordered by the Governor of Hong Kong that the undermentioned unclaimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the Treasury for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the General Revenue of this Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
