(1937 Supplementary) Appropriation Bill.-The Financial Secretary moved the Second reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to authorize the Appro- priation of a Supplementary sum of seven hundred and seventy-four thousand three hundred and twenty-one dollars and forty-four cents to defray the Charges of the year 1937."
