AMENDMENT OR RESCISSION.
Table E of the Tables made by virtue of the Mer- chant Shipping Ordinance, 1899. (No. 10 of 1899),– continued.
(8) Regulation 14 is rescinded and the follow-
ing regulation is substituted therefor:
"Scale of
hire for launches and for larger motor
boats.
14. Subject to the provisions of
regulation 17 of these regula- the tions, the following is maximum scale of hire for launches, and for any motor boat in respect of which a licence in Class 2, Class 3 or Class 4 is in force or which is structurally eligible for such licence:-
1. Vessels of 40 tons and upwards
not exceeding 60 tons-

Vessels of 20 tons and upwards
being less than 40 tons--- for first hour

Vessels of less than 20 tons- for first hour

(9) The following new regulations are added after the substituted regulation 14:-

motor boats.
"Scale of 15. The following is the maximum scale of hire at all times for any motor boat in respect of which a licence in Class 1 is in force and which is not struc- turally eligible for a licence in Class 2, Class 3 or Class 4:-
