It is hereby notified for general information, with reference to Government Notification No. 747 of 5th October, 1934, that His Majesty has, by Order in Council dated 6th May, 1938, revoked the Order in Council dated 10th November, 1866, made under section 1 of the Foreign Deserters Act, 1852, - relating to seamen who within His Majesty's dominions desert

from merchant ships belonging to the Kingdom of Siam.
