It is hereby notified for general information that the Anglo-German and Anglo-Austrian Agreements for the mutual abolition of visas are no longer in force.
It will therefore be necessary henceforth for holders of British passports desiring to travel to Germany to apply for a visa to the nearest German Consular Officer and for holders of German or Austrian passports desiring to travel to the United Kingdom or to those British Colonies which are not self- governing, British Protectorates and Protected States and Territories under Mandate administered by His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom to which the said Agree- ments were applied to apply for the requisite visa to the nearest British Consular or Passports Control Officer.
