No. 349.--The Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to approve the appointment of Mr. RICHARD PERCY MORRIS to be Wireless Engineer, with effect from 1st January, 1938.

No. 350.-The Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to approve the appointment of Mr. FRANK KEKEWICH GARTON to be an Assistant Wireless Engineer, with effect from 1st January, 1938.

No. 351.-The Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to approve the appointment of Mr. ARTHUR BRAILSFORD to be an Assistant Wireless Engineer, with effect from 1st January, 1938.

No. 352.-The Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to approve the appointment of Mr. THOMAS BEWICK ROLLAND to be an Assistant Wireless Engineer, with effect from 1st January, 1938,

No. 353. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies to appoint Mr. LEONARD JACKSON to be an Engineer, Public Works Department, with effect from 1st May, 1938, inclusive.

With reference to regulation 13 of the regulations made under the Registration of Imports and Exports Ordinance, 1922, and published as Government Notification No. 170 in the Gazette of 21st March, 1930, as amended by Government Notification No. 144 published in the Gazette of 14th February, 1936, and further amended by Government Notification No. 464 published in the Gazette of 9th July, 1937, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following Committee to advise him in all matters connected with the said regulation:
