(NURSING AND
MATERNITY HOMES REGISTRATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Nursing and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council has been pleased to exempt the French Convent St. Teresa's Hospital situated at No. 327 Prince Edward Road from the operation of the said Ordinance.

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
Limits of Dangerous Goods
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 (4) and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Table M in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as amended by Government Notification 509, published in the Gazette of 23rd July, 1937, as follows:-
Amendment.
Regulation 23, under the heading (V)-DANGEROUS GOODS ANCHORAGES, is rescinded, and the following regulation substituted therefor :--
23. The Dangerous Goods Anchorages shall mean-
(1) the portions of the harbour within the following Anchorages. limits:-
Northern Anchorage.
THE NORTHERN ANCHORAGE.
Northern boundary.-A line drawn from the southern side of Torpedo Depôt platform touching and extending to the eastward of Laichikok Point.
Southern boundary.-A west line drawn from Hankow Rock Buoy.
