An Ordinance to amend the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance,
1915.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Asiatic Emigration Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1938.
2. The Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, is amended Amendment
of Ordinance by the repeal of the words "shall be included" and the No. 30 of substitution therefor of the words "shall not be included" 1915, 4th in the third line of paragraph (7) of regulation 4 in each of Schedules, the Fourth and Sixth Schedules thereto respectively.

3. This Ordinance shall not come into operation until Suspending His Majesty's confirmation of the same shall have been proclaimed in Hong Kong by the Governor.
