ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (LIQUORS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33 (5) and 88 of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, as amended by the Liquors Amendment Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council hereby alters Form No. 9, Chinese Restaurant Licence, in the First Schedule to such principal Ordinance, as amended by Government Notification No. 265 published in the Gazette of 21st April, 1933, by the insertion in such form, next after condition 5, of the following condition :- 5A. The licensee shall not allow any person to occupy or use any portion of the premises for any immoral purpose.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments to Regulation 30 published as Government Notification No. 977 in the Gazette of the 28th of December 1934 :-
