The rainfall for the month of February at Victoria Peak was 4ins. 50 on 14 days, at Mount Kellett, it was 4 ius. 01 on 14 days, at Botanical Gardens, 4ins. 42 on 12 days, at Cheung Chau, 3ins. 72 on 9 days, at Sai Kung, 5ins. 70 on 11 days, at Taipo, 6ins. 07 on 10 days, at Ping Shan, 4ins. 44 on 9 days, at Fanling, 3ins. 86 on 12 days, and at Lok Ma Chau, 3ins. 59 on 12 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 729 at 17h. 30m. on the 15th.
The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 44 miles per hour at lib. 45m. on the 6th.
