ORDINANCE No. 22 of 1910. (MIDWIVES).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Midwives Ordinance 1910, the Midwives Board further amends the Regulations published as Government Notification No. 653 in the Gazette of the 24th October 1930 as follows:-
Amendments.
Regulation 5 (as amended by Government Notification No. 911 published in the Gazette of the 17th December 1937) is further amended by the addition thereto of the following paragraphs :-
The fee payable to each member of the Board who conducts an examination shall be $25.00 in respect of each examination.
Every person who enters for the examination shall pay an entrance fee of $1.00.

No. 207.-It is hereby notified that His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl MacGregor, Chief Justice, bas by Commission signed by him, and dated the 5th day of March, 1938, appointed CLAUDE BRAMALL BURGESS, Estate Duty Commissioner, Hong Kong, to be a Commissioner to administer oaths and take declarations and affirmations for the purposes of the Estate Duty Ordinance, 1932, so long as he shall continue to act as such Estate Duty Commissioner as aforesaid.
