(Lond.), F.R.C.P., (Lond.), M.R.C.S. (Eng.), D.T.M. & II. (Lond.), D.P.H. (Camb.), Barrister-at-Law, Gray's Inu, to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council, with effect from 3rd March, 1938.
