His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. LI HIN-LUNG be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 324 of the 7th May, 1937.

The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, Ordinance No. 7 of 1936, section 18.
It is hereby declared by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Haiphong is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, small-pox, prevails.
