No. 72.His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. Li TSE-FONG to be a Member of the Board of Education for a further period of two years, with effect from the 3rd February, 1938.

No. 73.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1934, Ordinance No. 21 of 1934, to appoint Mr. ARCHIBALD ZIMMERN to be a Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths, with effect from 17th January, 1938.
