No. 463. Terms of proposed Leases of Foreshores and Saa Bed, situate at Wang Chau, Deep Bay, New Territories.
Notice is hereby given under Section 3 of the Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance, 1901, that it is proposed by His Excellency the Governor to grant under the said Ordinance a Lease of the Foreshores and Sea Bed or land covered by the Sea situate at Wang Chau, Deep Bay, in the New Territories, in the Colony of Hongkong, the particulars and area whereof are specified in the schedule hereto, and the limits and boundaries whereof are shewn on a plan which is deposited and may be seen at the District Land Office, Tai-po, such lease to be granted for the term of 18 years from the day of sale thereof. The lease to be in the usual form of Lease of Salt Pans in the New Territories and to contain a special covenant that the said premises are to be used solely for the purposes of Salt Paus.

NOTICE.
And notice is hereby given that all persons having objections to the granting of such Lease must send their objections in writing to the Colonial Secretary before the 2nd day of July, 1906, in order that the same may be duly considered by His Excellency the Governor in Council.
