An Ordinance to amend the Revenue Officers
Power of Arrest Ordinance, 1913.

BE it euacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Revenue Officers Short title Power of Arrest Amendment Ordinance, 1916, and shall and con- be read and construed as one with the Revenue Officers struction. Power of Arrest Ordinance, 1913, hereinafter called the Principal Ordinance.
