No. 362.—It is hereby notified that Letters Patent dated the 17th April, 1906, have been granted to the MARINE CONSTRUCTION Co. of San Francisco, California, United States of America, who are the assignees of Mr. JonN EDWARD LLOYD BARNES, for an invention for Improvements in apparatus for cleaning surfaces, such as those of Structural metal, by the abrasive action of sand or like material.

Importation is temporarily prohibited of animal refuse, claws and hoofs, animal or human hair and bristles, untauned hides and hides salted or cured with arsenic, raw wool and rags, bags or sacks which have already been used, coming from or transhipped at Hongkong; also tapestry and used embroideries unless they are transported as personal baggage or in consequence of change of residence.
