No. 25, Jervois Street, Victoria, Hongkong, under the style of WONG KIM TAK TONG SAM HING as Manufacturer of Vermillion, have on the 23rd day of August, 1915, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

The said Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the said WONG SUK KAN trading as WONG KIM TAK TONG SAM HING but it is his intention so to use it forthwith in respect of the following goods :—

Vermillion, in Class 1.
