No. 4.--“ CALAIS This Trade Mark consists of a panel in which is depicted a landscape show- ing at the left of the panel an irregu- lar coast line of mountainous country rising from the level of the sea. In the left top corner is a picture of a Russian soldier; in the right top corner is a picture of a British soldier; in the left bottom corner is a picture of a French soldier; and in the right bottom corner is a picture of a Belgian soldier. The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the words " Gallipoli" and "Calais" in Russian text appearing respec- tively in the above mentioned Trade Marks Nos. 3 and 4.
