Kangaroo Island. Nepean Bay.
REFERRING to Notice to Mariners, No. 15 of 1915, masters of vessels and others are hereby informed that the green buoy mentioned therein has been removed, and a red A.G.A. light shown from a skeleton-framed buoy, painted green, has been placed in the same position. This light, which marks the position of the telegraph cable, is approxi- mately 3 miles E. by S. & S. of Kingscote Jetty, and flashes 30 times per minute. Its focal plane is 10 feet above water level, and the light should be visible in clear weather for a distance of 7 miles.
Approximate position-Latitude 35° 41' S.; Longitude 137° 42' E.
This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389 and 3641.

River Murray and Lakes.
THR attention of masters, officers, and crews of vessels trading on the River Murray and Lakes Alexandrina and Albert is directed to----
(1.) The Harbor Regulations relating to gangways.
(2.) The regulations dealing with River Murray navigation, and the require- ments of the regulation as to lights and the observance of the rule of the road as mentioned therein.
Shipmasters are reminded of the necessity for observing these regulations, and are warned that the penalty for disobedience of or neglect to observe them will be rigidly enforced in future. Copy of the regulations referred to may be seen at any of the River Murray Ports on application to the Harbormaster.
