A position line for each buoy is marked by whitewash dabs and range poles on shore painted white. The buoys are liable to be dragged out of position by woodrafts, and masters of vessels are warned that they must not be considered as reliable.

A plan showing the position of buoys relatively to the dangers they mark can be seen at the Harbour Master's Office.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following permanent light of Taka-shima Lighthouse on Taka-shima, at the entrance to Yobuko Harbor, Province of Hizen, has been shown again since the 1st of December, 1915, and the temporary light (See notification No. 749 of Department of Communications, September, 1915), was withdrawn at the same time.

Position, character, &c. :--remain unchanged.

The lighthouse being unwatched, should the light go out by accident there may be some delay in relighting it.

NOTICE is hereby given that the character, candle power and visibility of the light of Yokkaichi Lighthouse, inside the breakwater of Yokkaichi, Province of Ise, have been changed (See notification No. 960 of Department of Communications November, 1915), since the 5th of December, 1915.
