OTICE is hereby given that a petition was presented to the Court, on 24th Novem- ber, 1915, by the above-named Company to confirm an alteration of the Company's objects proposed to be effected by the following special resolution of the Company unanimously passed and confirmed at extraordinary general ineetings on 20th October, and 11th November, 1915:--
To add to paragraph 3 of the Memorandum
of Association the following:-
To do all kinds of suitable busi- ness, to establish branches, to enlarge the said businesses, to open branch offices for Fire, Marine and Life In- suarance, Land Investment, Loan and Deposit, Shipping and Hotel business, to commense any other business that may seem profitable to the Company, and to take shares in any other Com- pany, or Companies; but before doing any of the aforesaid businesses a unanimous resolution of the Board of Directors must be passed.
AND NOTICE is further given that the petition is set down for hearing by the Court on 31st January, 1916, at 10.30 a.m., and any person interested in the Company, whether as creditor or otherwise, desirous to oppose the making of an order confirming the said altera- tion und r the above Ordinance, should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be supplied to any such person requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge.

This Trade Mark is to be associated with Marks Nos. 32c of 1899, 15 and 16 of 1909, 137 of 1914, 19 of 1915 and 20 of 1915.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :--
Illuminating heating or lubricating oil and
candles, in Class 47.
