Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above Company duly convened and held at St. George's Building, Chater Road, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong- kong, on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of Octo- ber, 1915, the subjoined Resolutions which were passed as Extraordinary Resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Com- pany held on the ninth day of October, 1915, were confirmed as Special Resolutions :-
