for the winding-up of the above-named Company by the Supreme Court of Hongkong was on the 7th day of September, 1915, pre- sented to the Court by I KWAN HENG a Con- tributory of the Company, And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Court House, on Saturday, the 18th day of September, 1915, and any Creditor or Contributory of the said Com- pany desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of the hearing by himself or his Coun- sel for that purpose, and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any Creditor or Con- tributory of the said Company requiring the same by the Undersigned on payment of the regulated charge.
