Kiungchow District.
South Channel-Entrance to the Hainan Strait.
Establishment of the Entrance Buoy,
NOTICE is hereby given that on or about the 1st July a 6 foot buoy, to be known as the Entrance Buoy, will be established to mark the seaward entrance of the South Channel. The buoy, which will be painted black and surmounted by a drum, will be in a position from which the Riversdale Rock will bear N. 54° W. distant 2'95 miles.
